현재 사용하고 있는 PC의 OS가 Windows이거나 파이썬을 한번도 설치해보지 않는분이면
아나콘다로 python 설치를 권장합니다.
(MS 앱으로 python 설치 놉!!)
확장성이나 python 다른 버전으로 설치 jupyter사용이 어렵기 때문이기도 하죠

여기서 아무거나 받아도 되지만...
최신 버전도 좋지만 적당히 3.8 이나 3.7 버전이 좋습니다.
(확장성, 다른 패키징에서 최신버전 지원문제 등으로 인해)
일단 다운 후 설치!!
